Born on 6th May, 1987 to Mr. Balveer Singh Chauhan and Mrs. Sushma Chauhan, originally belongs to Rohru Tehsil, District Shimla, H.P. Completed 10th standard from Convent of Jesus and Mary, Shimla and thereafter 12th standard from Chapslee School, Shimla. Thereafter, obtained B.A.L.L.B (Hons.) Degree from University Institute of Legal Studies, H.P.U, Shimla in the year 2010. Completed L.L.M Degree with gold medal in the year 2012 and also qualified UGC-NER (Law) with JRF inn the same year. Joined H.P. Judicial Academy, Shimla on 21.12.2013 after qualifying H.P. Judicial Services Examination, 2013 for induction training programme. Assumed charge as Civil Judge-cum-JMIC at Court No-02, District Court, Solan on 24.04.2014. On transfer, thereafter, assumed charge as Civil Judge-cum-JMIC Court No-5, Shimla on 05.11.2016. Thereafter, got transferred and posted as Civil Judge-cum-JMIC Court No-4, Shimla and assumed charge as such on 11.07.2017. Subsequently, got again transferred as Civil Judge-cum-JMIC at Court No-5, Shimla and on further transfer to Court of Civil Judge-cum-JMIC Court No-4, Shimla, assumed charge as such on 16.04.2019. Thereafter, on transfer, assumed charge as Civil Judge-cum-JMFC, Court No-02, Mandi, H.P. on 16.01.2021. Now on promotion as Senior Civil Judge, joined as Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Kullu, and Lahaul-Spiti, H.P. w.e.f. 31.03.2023.
