Dr. Pushp Lata, Civil Judge cum JMFC Kullu
Did matriculation and 10+2 from Govt. Girls. Sr. Secondary School, Kathunangal Amirtsar and LL.B (Professional) in 2011, from Panjab University Chandigarh. Did LL.M (Hons.) from Guru Nanak Dev University Amirtsar in 2013 and got appreciation award from the university by securing second position.
Passed UGC-NET exam in 2012 and was awarded with “Junior Research Fellowship” by University Grants Commission in 2012. Got enrolled for PhD. in laws in 2013 and was conferred Doctorate Degree in 2017, while in service.
Cleared Himachal Pradesh Judicial services in 2016 and joined as such in April, 2017. Served as Civil Judge-cum-JMIC Court No. 2, Dehra till July 14, 2019. On transfer remain posted as Civil Judge(Leave/Training) Reserve, High Court , HP, till 18th November, 2019.
Thereafter, remained posted as Civil Judge-cum-JMFC, Court No. 3, Mandi (HP) from 20-11-2019 till 06-12-2021 and Civil Judge-cum-JMFC, Kandaghat, District Solan from 10-12-2022 till 04-04-2023. Now on transfer and joined and remained posted as Civil Judge-cum-JMFC, Gohar, District Mandi from 20/11/2019 to 06/12/2021 and then got transferred to District Kullu. On 30-10-2023 She join as Civil Judge cum JMFC at Kullu, Court No. 5 in District kullu Himachal Pradesh.
