Sh. Kuldeep Sharma, JMFC Manali, District Kullu

Born on 17th of April 1987 at village Bijhari, Tehsil Barsar, District Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh to Smt. Salochana Devi and Sh. Roshan Lal Sharma. Got matriculated from Govt. High School, Barsar, Hamirpur in the year 2002 . Did B.A.LL.B (Gold Medallist) from Law College Dehradun, Uttrakhand in the year 2009 and got enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council of Himachal Pradesh in the month of July, 2009. After initial practice as an advocate before Sub Divisional Court at Barsar, practised before Hon’ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh upto December, 2014. In the meanwhile, also completed LL.M. and M.B.A. (Finance) through distance modes of education and qualified U.G.C. N.E.T., twice. Thereafter, Joined Himachal Pradesh Department of Prosecution as Assistant District Attorney cum Assistant Public Prosecutor and served there upto June, 2015. Joined Himachal Pradesh Judicial Services on 23rd of July, 2015 and after going through induction training programme, got posted as Civil judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate 1st class,Court No.2, Sundernagar, Distt. Mandi, H.P. in January 2016 and thereafter, on transfer to Kangra joined as Civil Judge-cum-JMFC Kangra on 29-12-2018 and remained as such till 04.08.2021. On transfer to Shillai joined as Civil Judge-cum-JMFC Shillai, District Sirmaur, H.P. on 13.08.2021. On transfer to Amb District Una joined as Civil Judge-cum-JMFC, Court No. 3, Amb on 02.04.2022 and remained as such till 01.04.2023. On transfer to Manali, District Kullu, joined as Civil Judge-cum-JMFC, Manali on 13.04.2023.
